Social Media: Be careful what you wish for.
Everyone knows all about social media "wins" like Gilette's "Share Everywhere" and Old Spice's personalized videos. But, we also know "Woody", the 'Where the [expletive] is my free burger?', guy, Oprah's 'not so fried' fried chicken disaster and the recent Gap logo contest backlash.
