by tim.staney 4. January 2009 15:55
Well, the good news is: I'm back to gym again.  The bad news is: It hurts like hell ... I am sore, sore, sore ...

Could it be true? Is the Blackberry Javelin FINALLY coming to T-Mobile?

by tim.staney 28. December 2008 21:18
Prayers be answered... It looks like TMO will finally be getting a new-gen Blackberry... the Javelin (aka the 8900, aka the Curve II). All I can say is, "Hallelujah!"

by tim.staney 16. December 2008 22:13
OK, so I went to Disney this weekend to bring out my inner kid ... Don't ask me how I ended up at Epcot twice in the same day (there was some buffet action at Boma in between), and was still able to squeeze in fireworks at the MK -- but we did it.  I think I have now officially seen... [More]

by tim.staney 7. December 2008 20:58
Geeks of the Bay unite! I attended the annual Tampa Bay area .NET code camp this year, as I did last year.  All in all, it was OK ... Far less people, far less range in sessions, and far (FAR!) less vendors and sponsors this year -- like almost none. I caught a few good sessions ... [More]

Just say NO to SEO

by tim.staney 4. December 2008 21:39
OK... I am not saying SEO is bad...really...hear me out... I get asked a lot about SEO/SEM and PPC (pay-per-click) advertising. To be honest, I think many of the "SEO experts" that sprung up mysteriously and suddenly between 2004-2006 were just scam artists looking to make a fast ... [More]
